Although Ruth covers a variety of areas, Bridal makeup is her speciality. Tattoos and scars can be covered with prior notice. Ruth is based in Rathfarnham, Dublin, but travels throughout Leinster. Ruth will travel to any location within Ireland however travel expenses will apply.

Ruth covers Dublin but also travels through Leinster. If you are marrying outside Leinster please mention so in your email. As Ruth is currently booked for over 50 weddings, as of June 2008, please do check availability for the date of your wedding in advance.                                                                   TRIAL...                 

A trial is where we do a run through of your bridal makeup. We discuss your ideas, what you feel comfortable with etc. At your trial you can choose a look that inspires you, be it from tear outs in magazines, or images you have seen. Or I choose one for you, and we work together to adapt this look to your skintone, hair colour and face shape. I work with top brands only, mainly MAC, but also Makeup Forever products, Estee Lauder and Lancome

Even though trials usually take place approximately 2 months before your wedding, it is important that you book the date in advance in order to ensure availability for the date of your wedding. While trials are usually only for the bride, trials can be organised for other members of the bridal party.

Trial Cost : €50 if a callout to your home is needed for the trial.

Trial Cost: €40 if you come to Rathfarnham to Ruths home. (2008 only)

Group Trial : ie 4 people: €175  This takes place in the clients home.

Individual Lashes: €10 Special rate for brides and bridal trials only.

Your bridal party, is guaranteed the experience of an artist who has worked in makeup for over 5 years, and so is well used to the various skin types/problems/tone and face shape and makeup style. Mothers of the Bride can relax knowing that light-wear long lasting foundations all provide a natural but sophisticated look that they will feel comfortable with.
